Description
The workshop will take place at the Cassonade patisserie (rue du Pas-Saint-Georges), in a relaxed and friendly setting. A doctor of oenology will explain: - How the nose works and olfactory memory. - The main families of aromas found in wine. - The basics of tasting: visual analysis, olfactory analysis, and mouth analysis. - The history of canelés and their connection to wine. - Wine and canelé pairings. The workshop will be followed by a question-and-answer session. You will taste a red wine and a sweet wine. As for the canelé, you will have the choice between the classic version, the rum-free version, and the vegan version.Includes
