I had a very satisfying lunch set at French House in Bordeaux. The meal began with parmesan arancini served with a tangy cream, followed by a French-style beef tartare with fries and salad. For dessert, the speculoos crème brûlée and milk chocolate mousse were both rich and well balanced. Every course was thoughtfully prepared, and the set menu offered excellent value for the quality. A great place for a relaxed and enjoyable lunch in Bordeaux.
It was an extremely hot day, so we really appreciated being able to relax in the restaurant’s cool and comfortable atmosphere. We ordered two lunch menus, and one of them came with French fries. Unfortunately, the fries were so hard and chewy that they had the texture of chewing gum. It’s difficult to understand how they could have been served in that condition. It was quite disappointing.
I came after they stopped serving hot food. But was able to get some cold dishes. Everything was absolutely amazing. My server was so nice and friendly. Other staff interactions were also very pleasant. Will definitely try again.
Absolutely fabulous French cuisine dining, we went yesterday evening for dinner and today browsing, we ended up here again! Food is very special, delicious, Staff friendly Booking is recommended as they are very good do very popular!!! Highly recommended and have come back and I know I’ll be back in future!!! Thank u!!!
A classy and chic place for lunch with a calming and chill vibe just off the main shopping avenue. The French dishes had a nice twist and we had the artichoke, ravioli, sea beam, and burger all of which were tasty and well cooked. The 2 desserts we tried, crème brûlée and mousse, were excellent and a nice way to finish the meal. Highly recommended even if it is for a cocktail 🍹 and some wine 🍷
