Quintessential French cafe for sitting on the sidewalk and watching Bordeaux pass by. The Sancerre by the glass was a little flabby, but the petite chablis was on point for seafood. The razor clams were very good and lots of them, not too sandy. Pass on the Madagascar shimps, over cooked and dry. Monkfish was excellent. Medoc #3 oysters were really tiny, stick with Arcachon as always. They have a huge seafood platter if you want to try everything, reasonable prices. Service was very good, you can pay from a QR code if you have decent network.
Just stumbled into this little seafood spot by chance, and it was such a great find! The place is incredibly clean and has a really relaxed atmosphere. I ordered the mixed grilled fish, and it was absolutely delicious. The fish was cooked perfectly, and it paired wonderfully with the vegetables, mashed potatoes, and some really good bread. If I ever visit Bordeaux again, I will definitely come back!
Very nice seafood and fish dishes. Great wines at reasonable prices! Lovely atmosphere in a bustling part of town down a vibrant side street with a number of friendly happy bars and eateries. Would highly recommend!!
My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The sardines were delicious and the seafood platter outstanding. We appreciated the coup de Champagne and the bottle of Entre-deux-mers was served ice cold. The service was excellent and the staff really nice. Very good value for such quality. The atmosphere wasn't great. We sat inside and were close to the other tables.
