The views here were amazing! A really nice rooftop bar with super friendly staff. The prices are also quite reasonable given the location. Definitely recommend.
Mama shelter is a unique experience always. That was the third time that we stayed in that hotel group. This one probably the best in my life. Very clean very professional staff and always there ready to help you. It’s very rare that staff goes above and beyond anymore but these guys made it look simple. A massive thank you to the staff and I hope that if more hotels copied their performance, hospitality would be amazing. Special thanks to Mathis and Alexis (can’t recall the rest of the names sorry) that they deserve a pay raise!
Mama Shelter Bordeaux Came here for rooftop lunch with 7 friends and it was perfect. The view, the energy - everything. Food was great and service was super attentive to our big group. Rooftop seating is a must. Book ahead on weekends! Best lunch spot in Bordeaux."__
We very much enjoy our stay with you in Bordeaux. We hope to visit again and stay at Mama Shelter in other places as well. I particularly want to note how helpful and pleasant all the people at the front desk were to us.
I cannot say enough about how lovely the staff is at this hotel. They were lovely and helpful throughout, including when the heat wave overwhelmed the AC, they provided apologies and a fan. The rooms are a decent size with good shower pressure. Beds are comfortable enough though on the firm side if you like softer mattresses like I do. The only negative is that the AC did struggle to keep up with the heat wave that hit, but that seemed to be most everywhere in the city.
