I stayed here for a conference after an extreme heat wave in the EU. We were on the 4th floor with only a fan, but we still found it quite comfortable. You get what you pay for- it is not a luxury hotel, but the staff were incredibly friendly, and when we needed new towels or toilet paper, they immediately responded. The location is great (located between two tram stops) and the area is cute. I was apprehensive about staying here because of the reviews, but I ended up enjoying my stay!
I lived here for 4 months during fall 2025. I really liked the place, the city and transport were very close, as well as the clubs, and it felt safe. Margot, our manager, was amazing, always helpful and nice, and the hotel receptionists were as well. My deposit was fully refunded at the end. I was 50 minutes from my school, but I would live there again, the Garonne area is very nice. I also lived in another student residence in Bordeaux, so giving 5 stars to this place is based on that experience as well.
