You'll get to try out professional techniques: making dough and creams, piping, assembling, and decorating, all suitable for beginners and experienced amateurs. The chef will share his tips for success at home and answer your questions throughout the workshop.

The workshop lasts about 3 hours, so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before it starts Great for both beginners and seasoned amateurs Kids 5 and up are welcome, but they need to be with an adult The workshop can happen at your place (within the limits of Bordeaux and surroundings) or in the chef's workshop If you have a food allergy, please let us know in advance so we can adapt the recipes as best as possible.
