This hotel has superfriendly staff. The rooms are nice and clean and its location is perfect to explore the old center of Bordeaux.
Great location with great potential. Although the team was nice and welcoming, the reality doesn't match with the pictures online. The room not really cleaned, the bathroom with strong smell of humidity and sewer. The carpet in the room wasn't in the best shape, as well as the chair (dirty, never been cleaned!) I found a couple hairs in my bed, but I managed to remove them. Overall, it was a good place for a short weekend.
Room was very small. Bathroom and toilet room were separate and tiny. Air conditioning unit was noisy. Best feature was the location. Close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.
