Description
The tour departs directly from your accommodation in Bordeaux at 9:30 AM. This private experience is limited to 4 people with no shared transportation.
Your local guide will take you through the iconic Landes pine forest en route to the Dune du Pilat. At 110 meters high, this dune offers a panoramic 360° view of the Atlantic Ocean, the Landes forest, and the Arcachon Bay including Cap-Ferret.
You will have about an hour to explore the dune at your own pace, with time to sit, take photos, or simply breathe the salty air. Snacks are allowed if you wish to bring some.
On the return journey, you will stop for around 30 minutes at a traditional oyster village in Arcachon Bay. Observe oyster farmers at work and learn about this local tradition through your guide’s insights.
The tour returns to Bordeaux by 1:30 PM. Please note that lunch is not included.

- In a group of four, passengers will be seated three in the back (including one in a smaller center seat) and one in front (5-seat sedan).
- Professional liability insurance applies only during the guided activities at the dune and oyster village, not during vehicle travel.
