DescriptionYour journey begins in Bordeaux at 1:00 PM. From here, your experienced guide will take you to the prestigious Saint-Emilion vineyard. Explore a charming family-run estate including the vineyard, the vat room and also the cellar. There, you'll learn about the conversion of grape juice into wine by fermentation and much more about the wine-making process. After this amazing exploration, you'll be invited to taste 2 wines from the cellar. The tour continues with a visit to the famous medieval village of Saint-Emilion which was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1999. Enjoy a walking tour of the charming village, discover the main monuments, then visit the Great Classified Growth Estate of Saint-Emilion. At this impressive vineyard, you will get to tour around the vat room and discover the cellar. Following your tour of the winery, you'll be invited to taste 2 more wines from this cellar as well. Finish your Saint-Emilion visit by enjoying an aperitif with some French delicacies (cannelés). The tour is completed when you arrive back in Bordeaux at 6:30 PM.
