Led by local wine experts, this tailor-made day trip combines the history, heritage, and gastronomy of the Saint-Émilion region. Your guide will pick you up from your accommodation or downtown Bordeaux and accompany you throughout the day.
Travel to Saint-Émilion as your guide explains the region’s wine characteristics, terroir, and history. Explore the medieval village on a guided walking tour, including its UNESCO World Heritage monuments.
An optional visit to the Monolithic Church—an underground 12th-century church carved from rock—is available upon request.
The tour includes visits to three selected Châteaux, chosen to match your preferences, ranging from historic family estates to modern luxury wineries. You will enjoy wine tastings at each stop, focusing on the best wines Saint-Émilion offers.
The day concludes with a return to your hotel or chosen location in Bordeaux city center.
