Description
Forget the classic tasting; here, you step behind the counter. Head to the Musée du Vin et du Négoce, in the heart of the historic Chartrons district, for a 100% practical and original blending workshop.
For 90 minutes, a passionate guide will lead you through the specificities of the three iconic white grape varieties of Bordeaux: Sauvignon, Sémillon, and sweet wines, all from the 2024 vintage. You learn to recognize their aromas, their balances, and what each brings to a blend.
Then comes the highlight of the experience: it's up to you to measure, test, and adjust your own proportions to create your personal cuvée, just as Bordeaux oenologists do. No wine knowledge is required, just a desire to have fun and learn.
The workshop ends with bottling: you leave with your own white wine in a 75cl bottle labeled with your name, a unique souvenir that you won't find in any wine cellar.
