Description

During this 1.5-hour tasting workshop, Guadalupe, a Certified CMS Sommelier and WSET Diploma holder, introduces you to Bordeaux’s wine region, its appellations, soils, classifications, and label reading.

You will explore winegrowing and winemaking techniques, grape varieties, and the blends that define Bordeaux wines. The tasting includes four wines: one Crémant de Bordeaux, one white wine, and two red wines, paired with a platter of three French cheeses.

For a more in-depth experience, choose the option to taste three additional Premium wines, including Grand Cru Classé, extending the session to two hours with a total of seven wines paired with cheese.

No prior wine knowledge is required. The workshop is interactive and informative, allowing plenty of opportunities to ask questions and receive expert advice.
