ARTFLO is located within the historic Béghin Say sugar refinery in the Bacalan district, now revitalized as a center for arts and crafts. This site combines industrial heritage with contemporary creativity.

During the visit, you will meet artisans and artists working on-site, learning about their crafts and the transformation of the refinery into a place promoting handmade creation. The tour also explores the Bacalan neighborhood and the Achard Zone—known as La Cité Bleue—a district undergoing cultural and economic development.

The space was founded by two women dedicated to preserving and promoting France’s intangible heritage. Visitors will discover the work of Patrice Bouley, an artist with a unique approach, and observe his meticulous creative process in his workshop.

You will also meet Ilenia Morelli, a decorative painter specializing in pictorial techniques, trompe-l’œil, and patinas that revive surfaces and spaces. Watch live demonstrations showcasing the precise gestures involved in these crafts.
