En annan stor förändring var att gå över till organiska jordbruksmetoder som är certifierade av Ecocert.

Château Suau skördade sina bästa druvor någonsin 2010 och den resulterande vinproduktionen förväntas vara av överlägsen kvalitet jämfört med 2009!!
