Guy och Michel Richard köpte Château Cadet-Bon i december 2001. Det ligger i utkanten av Saint-Emilion på en av de högsta kullarna som omger detta UNESCO-världsarv-utsedda vinområde och staden Saint Emilion. Slottet omfattar 7 hektar planterade med två tredjedelar Merlot och en tredjedel Cabernet Franc. Vinrankornas genomsnittliga ålder är 25 år. Det är här man hittar värdefulla viner.

Château Cadet-Bon, en Grand Cru Classé, är deras bästa vin och Château Vieux Moulin du Cadet, en Grand Cru, är deras vintyp av andra rang.
