I attended a few Pilates classes with Noémie, I recommend her, she is an attentive and gentle teacher.
As a regular Pilates student, I loved practicing with Noémie. The classes were small and friendly, with guidance on each exercise. She provided detailed explanations of breathing techniques and the atmosphere was always very welcoming! Thank you! ✨
A fantastic class under the trees, gently soothed by a breeze... Noémie is a wonderful coach: kind, a perfectionist, pleasant and always smiling... she knows how to adapt to all levels and takes care of everyone... Absolutely top-notch!
