EDIT: I purchased a voucher for a maderotherapy session (for my first time) through Groupon, but I'm very disappointed with the service. As stated on the voucher, you have to call the practitioner directly to make an appointment. I've tried contacting this person numerous times by phone, but she never answers. I've left messages, including text messages as she mentions on her voicemail, without any response from her, and this has been going on for over three weeks now. I saw that she read my messages via the read receipt. If the person is on vacation or unavailable, it would be appreciated if she clearly stated this. It's listed on Google that she's open. And if she doesn't accept/no longer accepts Groupon vouchers, she could simply send me a text message; it's easy, free, and above all, quick. This lack of professionalism is truly regrettable. Attached are the messages I sent that were read.
