The facilities in the room are old and simple, but you will have a huge space for staying. Quite comfortable I will say, but south isolation for window is terribly bad.
I stayed here with a friend while attending an event at the convention center. We had a positive experience: customer service was excellent (and 24hr), the room was spacious and well-equipped with the kitchen, and the location suited our needs for going either up to the convention center or down to the city center. This was a great value and a very comfortable stay. I would note that the air conditioning regularly reverts back to 25C no matter what we set it to, and there's not too much around the hotel in terms of amenities, restaurants, shops etc.
Our room smelled like a smoker's room despite it being a non-smoking room. Breakfast was very light with a very limited selection. Location is fairly convenient with about an 8 minute walk to the nearest light rail station that you can take to access the most scenic parts of downtown.

An excellent aparthotel. The rooms are simply huge and spacious. Very clean, good mattresses, the kitchen has everything you need. Everything in the room works. The room is clean. The staff is friendly, polite, always ready to help and be of assistance. We arrived early and were checked in without any problems. The breakfast is typical for France. I recommend this hotel.
