This hotel helped us out after evacuation for the Forrest fires. The hotel was just opened, only 3 weeks, and you could notice that. Staff was doing the best they could but the systems sometimes worked against them. We had a few staff members that were doing everything they could and were well-spoken in different languages. When checking out there were 2 staff members we didn't see in the 2 days before, the only spoke french and were less service orientated. That made the financial handling a lot more difficult. Location is great and with a short walk you are at the heart of mimizan Plage.
Beautiful, brand-new hotel in a great location. Spacious room and a varied breakfast at a reasonable price—finally! The pool and gym are a real bonus. Pleasant 24-hour reception. Excellent value for money—well done!
The hotel is brand new and very pleasant, and the location is quite convenient. The bedding and air conditioning are very comfortable during a heatwave. The staff is excellent. The only downside is that there's too much light in the room in the morning.
The hotel was very clean (its newness is reflected in its overall condition) and the bedding was excellent, guaranteeing a very good night's sleep. Special mention also goes to the gentleman at the night reception who was extremely friendly and welcoming! However, several drawbacks marred the stay in terms of comfort and services: Room: No wardrobe and very little storage space for our belongings, and the provided bath towels were tiny. Amenities: The bar was closed. Accessibility: The hotel does not have an elevator, which quickly became a problem with luggage. Breakfast: Quality and local products, but limited selection and high price. A hotel with good potential and clean, but which still needs some fine-tuning and features to be truly comfortable.
A lovely new hotel in Mimizan. The room was spacious with superb bedding. The air conditioning was a welcome relief! I enjoyed the pool; there's even a gym. The breakfast buffet offered something for everyone. Thanks to the very friendly staff. I'll definitely be back. Yann
