The shop is a bit too small to offer a wider selection, but the local team is generally quite good. Two stars especially for Anaïs, who undoubtedly took care of all my needs and answered all my questions that day regarding changing my bike tires. I don't remember the name of the young man who worked at the bike repair shop, but he was just as good 👌 All the best to everyone, and see you next time!
It's a smaller shop than most. Unfortunatly they didn't have what l needed but the staff was friendly so all good there.
I would like to highlight the exemplary professionalism of the cycling manager at Decathlon Libourne. Following an unforeseen issue during the servicing of my cargo bike, he demonstrated remarkable honesty and responsiveness in offering me a perfect solution. His customer service was friendly, professional, and highly efficient. It's a real pleasure to deal with such a professional; I highly recommend him!
Practical for the most part, even if the selection is limited compared to a larger Decathlon (we eagerly await a big store in Libourne!). The staff is excellent, efficient, and welcoming. The only downside is the occasional lack of availability from salespeople, which means waiting. Until a larger store opens, it does the job well!
