Description
Enjoy gourmet and friendly workshop based around emblematic pastries from France and the Bordeaux region. Come away with lots of tips, recipes and your own creations to try out at home. The aim is to refine your knowledge so that you can reproduce at home the recipes you have learned in class. Each participant makes their own pastries. When a pastry is in the oven, you will make a second pastry or a cream that will then be poached in the cake. At the end of the workshop, we can talk about your experience. You can also enjoy a little gourmet break over a glass of homemade apple juice and a tasting session.Includes
All the cooking equipment and ingredients to make the pastries.You will bake and leave with your pastries.Important Information
- Gluten-free and/or lactose-free courses are available on request, in private lessons only. Accessible to pregnant women. Adult classes: for children, private parent+child classes of 1h30 are available on themes adapted to the age of the children - children: 3 to 11 years old.
