Description

Classified as a Grand Cru Classé in 1959 and with a history dating back over 400 years, come and discover this unique family estate during a small group tour where we will share our passion for this very special place. We will introduce you to the Bordeaux vineyards, the Pessac-Léognan appellation, and the Graves classification so that you can better understand these concepts with simple and clear explanations. We will also present our vineyard, its size, its specific terroir, and then we will discuss the five grape varieties that we grow here. We will then visit our vat room and explain the subtleties of each piece of equipment and its impact on the aromatic profile of the wine, discussing our winemaking process. We will then continue in our cellars, where you will discover the contribution of barrels, tuns, and amphorae to the aging of our wines. Facing the vineyards, the tour will of course be followed by a tasting of Château de Fieuzal red and Abeille de Fieuzal white, whose vintages are the best to be enjoyed right now. You will discover how Fieuzal wines capture your attention from the very first moment, with their freshness and inimitable aromatic palettes derived from this exceptional terroir.
