The tour takes you to a number of historic eateries, modern cafes, and trendy restaurants where you can sample the true gastronomic wonders of this city. Get into the groove with a little wine tasting. White, red or rosé, you will taste a glass of a high-quality organic vino, and discover how it is made. Or expand your palette with a homemade multiple course tasting: will it be onion soup with duck parmentier or a vegetarian skillet of seasonal vegetables? In a cosy little shop in the center of town, you will taste goat’s or sheep’s milk cheese, brie or camembert, or even comté. The selection is made from small producers with small flocks, just like in the old days. Think that can't be beat?
