My first sauna experience at Naturôme was a true treatment in itself, as Elodie, a naturopath, guided us through a protocol alternating sauna time, cold showers, and rest periods to fully enjoy its many benefits. The body gently detoxified, the relaxation was profound, all in a very cozy space conducive to unwinding and reconnecting with oneself. Furthermore, Elodie gave us a warm welcome and provided us with very interesting advice and information. I will definitely return regularly to continue this essential practice for our health and well-being.
